I happened to be in town here for a business trip and stopped at this Lovesac store to see some fabric types in person to replace my existing sectional covers. I was helped by Gray (Grey?) who was amazingly informative and spent a ton of time with me answering the questions I had about the different fabrics and their durability. Gray/Grey even took the time to show me the tool they use in store to keep the ultra velvet looking nice and gave me info on their routine for that. Great service, wish I lived closer so I could shop at this particular store in person again/more often!
