They did an amazing job I offered them water, they set everything up and didn't leave until my husband and I were satisfied. Before they left we tipped them because they did an amazing job even with the hiccup of my head board. Even with the few issues I've had with Aaron's before I even got my stuff they've been super accommodating and understanding and just asking thorought the entire process. So if I ever need anything else definitely will go through Aaron's in belle Vernon again!

Due to an unforeseen bank freeze, I missed a single payment, and despite my efforts to communicate and resolve the situation, I was treated as if I had never made any payments at all. I made multiple attempts to reach out via email, but was told these communications were not received. Rather than offering understanding or assistance, the staff repeatedly cited policy and accused me of refusing to communicate or pay, which was not the case. Throughout my interactions, I felt that my concerns were not being listened to, and I was met with unnecessary aggression when trying to explain. Additionally, I found it extremely unprofessional that there was laughter during our calls, considering the seriousness of my situation. This experience was not only frustrating but also deeply disappointing. I believe that customers should be treated with respect and empathy, especially when circumstances are beyond their control. Based on this experience, I will not be doing business with this company again.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?

Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
