This review is not about Lowe’s overall because it is my favorite home improvement store - this review is specially for this location and an interaction I had there.
My father lives in the area and his English is not so great, he has been trying to fix up his home and at times, asks me to translate for him over the phone.
In this instance, he wanted to replace his toilet. He called me because he wanted to ask the sales associate if they had a specific brand available. The first time she answered my questions, albeit slightly annoyed, turns out they do not have the brand he is looking for and advised to buy it at a plumbing store.
My father decides to buy a new one there. He wanted to ask the associate again if there is a difference between the models. He calls me to translate and I ask his question, the sales associated proceeded to yell a question at me over the phone. Tbh I was so stunned at her tone and level of voice that I didn’t know how to answer. She was beyond annoyed that a customer had questions for her?
The thing is I know my father and he is very respectful, he says sorry when he is in the way and in this situation, he just wanted help. It was amazing the lack of professionalism and patience that we got. I cannot voice my disappointment enough. Had it been any other customer, I question if she would have had the same reaction.

Their inventory system is absolute trash! When your website tells me you have an item in stock at aisle X, bay Y and I get there and there are no such items there and there aren't even that type of item there, that tells me you don't have it "in stock" and you don't value the time I just wasted going to your store. This is a regular occurrence with Lowes and I'm very much considering never shopping there again.

I don't think this is the way that all this brand is. But was treated like I wanted to steal something instead of like I bought something. What not recommend going here. I don't think I'm ever going back to one Ever again do not buy a hot water heater here. In my opinion the hot water heater was broken. Took it back from another store. Was told to go back to the other store that they weren't going to do anything for me at that store. Then when asked why they told me to go the manufacturer when all I was doing was just exchanging. Didn't want any money back but I wanted my money back after I was treated the way I was. Good luck. People don't care nowadays
