    Few times in my life as I had such a negative experience with a company. My wife bought an $1800 grill from Lowe’s for me for Christmas. The first time they delivered it fully assembled the doors on the front would not stay closed. Anytime you close the lid of the grill the door open. We figured for $1800. The grill should work as advertised so we asked for a replacement. They brought the replacement. It had the same problem. Only the gentleman who delivered it said here just lift up on the door. It’ll be fine. It stays when you lift up on it. On top of that, it was assembled improperly So one of the propane injectors was not aligned with the burner and it did not light it just sprayed propane into the base of the grill. When I called Lowe’s, I got a gentleman speaking to me from another country who is very hard to understand. And he let me know that my options were refund or replacement. Every time they deliver, there is a four hour window that I have to sit at my house and wait if you add up the 2 four hour window windows plus the hour and a half I had to spend on the phone with them They now owe me about $475. I returned the grill for a refund and now I have to wait 10 days to get my money back. I will never do business at Lowe’s again ever I won’t buy a bulb from them. I won’t buy toilet bowl cleaner. I will buy nothing because the customer service is horrible. The service they hire to assemble and deliver their stuff are incompetent And I’m tired of giving my money to big bucks stores who have faceless people on the other end of a phone line Reading through a checklist trying to help me with my problems. I would prefer AI at least I can understand what they’re trying to say.

    Excellent Customer Service Review for Lowe’s of Bartonsville, PA (Windsor Drive) I recently visited Lowe’s at Windsor Drive in Bartonsville, PA, and I’m genuinely impressed with the level of service I received on multiple occasions. December 1 — Christopher's Outstanding Help: I was working on a home project and couldn’t locate several items on my list. Christopher went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed and offered thoughtful suggestions to improve my plan. His attention to detail and willingness to assist made the trip both efficient and enjoyable. Because of his excellent assistance, I returned to Lowe’s several times to pick up additional parts for the project. December 9 — Exceptional Returns Experience: I returned to the store and was assisted at the returns desk by a very friendly associate (I didn’t catch her name). She was patient, helpful, and made the return process smooth and hassle-free. December 11 — Continued Courtesy at the Returns Desk: Once again, I visited the return desk and encountered another kind associate (who I also don’t recall by name). She was exceptionally patient and ensured my returns were processed correctly and efficiently. Additional December Visit — Aaron and the Training Team: On a later visit, I needed to return some extra parts I had gotten from December 1. Aaron at the returns desk was coordinating training for a lovely new team member (I didn’t catch her name), and he still found time to help me tremendously. He even suggested Lowe’s pickup service for the items I couldn’t fit in my car, which was incredibly convenient. I was grateful for his guidance and support. Overall Impression: The staff at Lowe’s Windsor Drive consistently demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and a genuine willingness to help. From finding items and offering practical suggestions to making returns effortless and arranging pickup for large items, every interaction contributed to a seamless shopping experience. The store environment felt welcoming, and the team’s knowledge and patience were evident in every visit. If you’re looking for a home improvement store with standout customer service, I wholeheartedly recommend Lowe’s on Windsor Drive in Bartonsville. A big thanks to Christopher, the unnamed returns associates, Aaron, and the entire team for making my projects easier and more enjoyable.

    stopped in Lowes on 12/03/2025 to by some plumbing items. on way to checkout seen a stack of 4 foot ladders that had a sale paper on them that was left there from Black Fridays sale. I didn't look at the sale date but it expired but didn't know that so I grab 2 ladders for my workers which were listed for 25.00 dollars each head for check out they scan and it comes up as 79.00 each I said to cashier that these ladders were on sale so they send someone back to check they bring paper back and it is expired, I say to cashier don't they need to honor that paper with the sale. its not my fault that they didn't take sale paper down and I thought I was getting a good by and believed they should of honored my ladders. so they send manager over which his name is Alex asm he says I can only do one ladder for the sale and I had a issue with 1 ladder because there was no limit om how many. he told me it was policy I said can I see that and he didn't have no answer not very professional be that kind of manager I run a business and spend 10000.00 to 30000.00 a year and they are giving me a hard time over 25.00 never again.

    Highly recommend this location. The staff are friendly and very helpful. A team member helped us get our heavy purchase out to the car. Very clean, and lots of staff for Black Friday weekend shopping.
