I don't think this is the way that all this brand is. But was treated like I wanted to steal something instead of like I bought something. What not recommend going here. I don't think I'm ever going back to one Ever again do not buy a hot water heater here. In my opinion the hot water heater was broken. Took it back from another store. Was told to go back to the other store that they weren't going to do anything for me at that store. Then when asked why they told me to go the manufacturer when all I was doing was just exchanging. Didn't want any money back but I wanted my money back after I was treated the way I was. Good luck. People don't care nowadays

First off this complaint isn’t about any of the workers Chris and Patrick helped me tremendously, however I bought some carpet, and installation online and it was an absolute nightmare to checkout online after the measurements were taken, I was trying to make a portion of the payment with a gift card. And I just wanted to pay in person at the store. I was told that option wasn’t available, I was contacted at an inconvenient time, and when I tried to make the payment at my convenience I had a lot of trouble, I reached out the following day to get help the women on the phone tried her best, but ultimately I had to go in the store to make the payment and the whole thing was very stressful honestly the problem lies with Lowes and its software, the app and MyLowes are very difficult to use. I felt like my business wasn’t valued at first but luckily a simple visit to the store IN PERSON solved my issue. I want to thank Patrick and Chris in flooring

I'll never forget the attitude I got from the girl at self checkout with all the pins. Then her getting the AP guy and ASM ALEX to tell me I couldn't shop here anymore because I was rude to her. The best was when they gave me the wrong number for corporate (I called and complained) and then seeing these employees in the store the next day. Smh. Simply put if u work in customer service learn how to treat ppl.
