Ken, the technician, was great! He explained everything well and was very friendly. He did an amazing job patching 18! holes that were in our tub surround from 2 different sets of doors that were installed over the 30 years. Pricing was very fair as well! Thank you!

We are remodeling a bathroom and the tub was in very poor condition. We were hoping not to have to cut the old one out so we called them and sent them pictures where they reviewed and gave us an estimated range. In the mean time, we repainted and put new flooring down per their instructions. It took them 5 weeks to get to the job and when they showed and recommended us not resurfacing the tub and there would be NO warranty. The disappointment is that we lost 5 weeks and the pictures we sent were worthless. If it was in question, they should have looked at it in person sooner so we could have worked on a plan B. Very disappointed with new paint and flooring in place to now have the major cost and inconvenience of replacing the whole tub/shower. Very bad service.
