5 hours and counting. I am still on hold with Lowes and no one has been able to help me. I paid for a gas dryer, installation and removal of old dryer. When the dryer was delivered 2 days late, he said I had to hire a professional to install the dryer. Hours later on the phone, no one at the local store in Avondale or at corporate knows how I should get this dryer installed. REALLY! They haven't recommended who I call to do the installation and they haven't figured out who at Lowes would do the installation.

Returns suck! Nothing like Home Depot. Tried to return universal rg6 connector I bought to shorten cables for new tv antenna system through home which didn't fit rg6q cable but are universal surpose to fit rg6 & rg6q. Came in pack of 10. Then with my luck the first 2 went right on rg6u cable. But then all the others where rg6q and superman couldn't put them on. So went to return because not universal. Lowe's wouldn't take them back because not all 10. Dispright what I told them about 2 working then rest not universal as sold. No must have all for return. No credit, no refund keep them by our policy. Sad treatment. At only a 1 dollar a piece could have refund partial like 8 dollars to keep the customer happy and keep business but no. Now have these which will never use in the rest of my life and will probably never use Lowe's again unless really in a tight spot with no where else to go. Sad customer service and support just about Lowe's making money no real customer care or concern. Then I even drove to pick up 25 miles around trip but then drove 25 mile round trip to not get refund. 50 miles of $4.00 a gallon @ 15 miles to the gallon almost $15.00 in gas. Wasted time over 3 hours. Expensive fix for free antenna tv. Never had return problems with Home Depot but believe this is my second time with Lowe's and stuff I had bought there. When will I learn?
Well Lowe's read my review and reached out to me. After all was said and done they sent me a Lowe's gift card to cover to refund. So if you are in my spot ask for a manager then maybe thing might be better then just the cashier at returns. I went through Google maps reviews just telling what happened. Surprised by their reply. Worked out in the long run but still not a five or four star in my eyes yet.

Lowe's is Lowe's. What else can one say?I went to pick up an online lumber order and it went smoothly. The good thing about the Avondale, PA store is the bathrooms are in the front so one doesn't have to walk all the way to a back corner.
