  "I recently had a third catastrophic failure of my home's fire suppression (sprinkler) system in my ten-year-old home as a result of below freezing Pittsburgh winter weather. After having had two other well-known local fire suppression vendors work unsuccessfully on my home's system I was referred to Chad Braun at "Pittsburgh Fire Sprinkler Company" and thank goodness I was. Chad, upon hearing how distraught I was at having this happen in my home again, bent over backwards to fit me into his schedule quickly (despite being very busy) so he could come and assess the situation. The moment I met him and he began his assessment of my home I felt I had finally found the "Expert" I needed all along. In addition to being a very experienced technician (and expert witness) in the fire suppression field (with customers ranging from The Pittsburgh International Airport to The Galleria Mall to numerous residential customers across Western Pennsylvania) I found Chad to be highly professional, exceedingly responsive, very reasonably priced and above all else exceptionally kind and patient. You absolutely could not ask for a better fire suppression/sprinkler company to work with than Chad's "Pittsburgh Fire Sprinkler Company"."   Joe Pritchard and his team are fantastic. They do great work, on time, and he has a productive and thorough team. They are a full stop shop that has provided everything we need here at Allison Park Church. They are kind, professional, and with their insights and recommendations have saved us money. They have also provided incredible services and inspections. We had a recent small incident and because of their work our systems would flawlessly and saved us an innumerable amount in damage. I can't imagine if we didn't have their service how much worse the incident could have been. I'm thankful for them and give everyone who asks my recommendation for their business. They are the best.

  I noticed water coming down a wall in my main stairwell and initially thought the source was a sprinkler head. After reaching out to Pittsburgh Fire Sprinkler, I spoke with Chad, who quickly helped me identify the real issue. He had me check the bathroom above the affected area, and sure enough, the leak was coming from a toilet, not a sprinkler system. Chad resolved the issue in just a few minutes—over the phone no less! He even recommended a plumber to handle the fix. I can’t thank Chad enough for his expertise, kindness, and professionalism. He truly went above and beyond, and I will definitely be reaching out to Pittsburgh Fire Sprinkler in the future for any sprinkler-related needs.
