  I’ve used this company through at least 4 different name changes which was a mistake. My alarm was not working it kept beeping so I called 3 times the last time they sent a technician who told me the fire system was not hooked up and wasn’t working it needed to be changed. I don’t know how long it wasn’t working but at least a month when I started to make calls I decided to cancel my service since obviously their monitoring was a joke. In order to cancel they wanted to charge me for the time it wasn’t working. No matter what you call it AIC , Altronics, Be safe or Pye Barker they are incompetent. Do your self a favor and use someone else.

  Thanks to the recent frigid temperatures, a sprinkler pipe burst and caused significant damage. Rob Murphy and his team were incredible— they came out as quickly as possible, identified the issue, and fixed the root cause. Even with a packed schedule, Rob prioritized our tenants’ safety and got everything handled over the next two days with excellent communication and responsiveness. Thank you so much!
