  This is a great company that is family run and cares about your safety We have upgraded our system several times, but never pushed by sales pressure. Service is excellent and prompt.

  We couldn't be happier with our decision in trusting our family's safety to Protect Alarms. Sales and installation teams were extremely professional as they spent a lot of time with me and my family explaining the features of the system and answering all our questions. Their hardware has performed as advertised and we've had no issues. Their call center is always courteous and attentive and can be counted on as we've accidently set off the alarm a few times...Put your trust in a local company when looking for piece of mind and security for your family.

  NOTICE: STAY AWAY!! This is a rip off company. Stay away. We have had equipment issues since the first day I bought it. I understand things happen and break but now after having this service not even 30 days in I am ready to pay their $2100 fee to cancel Just to never deal with them again. The Company itself is a rip off.. I am paying for a service that doesn’t even work half the time. After multiple customer service phone calls to Protect Alarm directly and finally tonight we had the customer service “manager” hang up on us with no help at all. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced . Hopefully Protect Alarm reads these reviews and listens to calls and will work on their customer service to better the company.

  BEWARE OF THE CONTRACT!!! What the sales rep fails to tell you is that the contract is actually a FIVE YEAR CONTRACT! NOT A ONE YEAR CONTRACT AS PRESENTED! This company will sue you to and take you to court no matter what your reason (lay off, health) for breaking the contact! Deceitful, obnoxious, and heartless! Never sign a contract with Protect Alarms!
