Everytime I saw her she was doing something and she was just beyond sweet on top of it. 🤗 I will definitely come the same day and time to make sure I get the chance to engage with her again. 😁
- KLKita LuvJan 2, 20261.0Currently standing inside the facility washing clothes. I didnt see the attendant(male hispanic) with a ponytail and glasses. I did how ever see a cleaner lady wiping dow the machines. I approached her because one of the machines number 25 wasnt filling with water. She came to look and said she would go get the attendant. While she was walking to the store area of the facility in search for the attendant, he walk through the door from outside. I stood in front of the machine for a few minutes and nobody came over. I went to the front and approached the attendat who is now standing away from the cleaner with his head down messing with his phone. I asked if she told him I was looking for him. He said "Yes but I didnt come because she said the machine looked fine." I said "well when was someone going to come and tell me the diagnosis?" I am the customer. He said that since the machine is fine he cant give me a free wash. How insulting is it that just 1 look at someone and you think I need A FREE WASH. I DIDNT ASK FOR THAT. I WANT TO KNOW IF THE WATER LEVEL WAS CORRECT BECAUSE TOO ME IT SEEMED AS IF IT WASNT ENOUGH WATER! Communication is key. My advice to them is; IF YOU DONT WANT TO TALK TO PEOPLE THE QUIT YOUR JOB AND GET OUT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
