After being told manager is only person to handle this issue and not on site until 6 am I left. Came back at 7am told manager not onsite until noon! Then when I get there around 12:30 manager not there and the young guy gives me attitude “CHILLL” he said. Manager finally shows up and said no refunds allowed but money was credited on my card! MAYBE IF ANY OF THE PREVIOUS PEOPLE I SPOKE TO HAD TOLD ME THAT I WOULDN’T HAVE BEEN UPSET!!!! The policy is posted away from the machines to put money in your card, how about putting it between the machines so it is VISIBLE TO THE PATRONS!!!
