  Hi, I am writing this on behalf of a fine lady, Miss Kathy is 95 years young p. She needed the metal piece that goes on top of the vertical blinds and I came to the store to get them. Adam Webber served me and when I took them to Miss Kathy, she was so thrilled and appreciative. Thank you, Adam. Tell your boss you need a raise!

  Excellent customer support! I needed two replacement valance clips for a product installed over two years ago. Adam dug through his spare parts bin and provided exactly what I needed!! Great to know that the after sale support is alive and well at Blinds to Go!
