Lowe’s had mulch advertised at $2.00 per bag. I bought 5 bags, but they charged me $2.50 per bag. When I politely pointed out the advertised price, the cashier insisted it wasn’t $2 and became very rude. He even got angry when I asked him to check the price displayed outside.
This is exactly why I no longer enjoy shopping at Lowe’s. Home Depot consistently offers better pricing accuracy and treats customers with far more respect.

The online oder and curb pickup at Lowes was pretty much seamless. The curbside connection to the WiFI took a couple of tries before acknowledging " I here" staus. I was greeted genuinely, my order was correct and the guy loading my order was great. Tried to give a tip for the excellent service but he refused, siting store policy. It was one of those services that I really felt like tipping instead of being guided to one, that we commonly see these days.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
