- JBJade BennerSep 30, 20222.0my key didn't work but i called customer service and they refunded me very quickly, kindly, with no hassle. this was the 2nd self-service machine i tried today that was a frustrating failure. i will not be using these machines any more. i have never had issues with manual copying services, and this was just a plain waste of time. this gets 2 stars, only bc the refund process was so painless (if u use a credit/debit card).
