    The WORST customer service experience I've ever had. Period. They didn't deliver 75% of my order and charged me for all of it. After a week of ME calling them each day and being promised each day that someone would reach out to me - no one ever did- I finally got someone to call me and they pushed me off every day, promising a resolution the next day, but always inventing a new delay. I still haven't received my refund. I want to never talk to anyone at lowes ever again, but will likely be forced to follow up again with them tomorrow. My whole experience has been stressful, exhausting, and shocking. Run far far away from lowes. Shop literally anywhere else.

    Hey, I just wanted to give a shout out to Israel, one of your workers. The entire interaction with him was just wonderful and super brief, but he packed so much knowledge, respect, and kindness into a 20 second encounter…. you should know you have a rare employee on your hands, and he better be making more than he is now very soon.

    I went to lowes today looking for a specific item that has been discontinued by lowes. Johnny B went above and beyond to look all over the store to see if he could locate it. Great customer service and a pure gentleman. Thx you for what you do and thank you for your service.

    They weren't selling machetes but it took 30 minutes and being sent to three wrong locations to find that out.

    Bought flooring from Lowe’s and had a contractor install it. After installation we realized all the flooring was mismatched — different shades and tones all over. It looks terrible and nothing like what we paid for. When I contacted Lowe’s, the only resolution they offered was $500, which doesn’t even come close to covering the cost of the flooring or labor to redo the job. Very disappointed in the product quality and customer service. I’d recommend inspecting every box before installing because Lowe’s doesn’t stand behind it once it’s down.
