Usually try to get in and out as soon as possible. Staff isnt very friendly in some areas. I mist say though the staff thst works up by check out is always outgoing kind and friendly . Lowes needs to adjust their prices though. They think everyone is rich and no we are all struggling currently . Reduce the prices to something people can afford and you will be very busy as a store .

I was purchasing dishwasher and vanity. I asked manager of appliances Susie to help me to check it out. She was acting like she is my boss, she was not knowledgeable how to apply cupon to my purchase . Wen I was check out, I was paying by my lowes credit card, which always you can get 5% off and she didn't it , I came second time to the store, and assistant manager did refund easy, and told me 5% always. Not good experience
