After a week of ME calling them each day and being promised each day that someone would reach out to me - no one ever did- I finally got someone to call me and they pushed me off every day, promising a resolution the next day, but always inventing a new delay. I still haven't received my refund. I want to never talk to anyone at lowes ever again, but will likely be forced to follow up again with them tomorrow. My whole experience has been stressful, exhausting, and shocking. Run far far away from lowes. Shop literally anywhere else.

After installation we realized all the flooring was mismatched — different shades and tones all over. It looks terrible and nothing like what we paid for. When I contacted Lowe’s, the only resolution they offered was $500, which doesn’t even come close to covering the cost of the flooring or labor to redo the job. Very disappointed in the product quality and customer service. I’d recommend inspecting every box before installing because Lowe’s doesn’t stand behind it once it’s down.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
