  We had an excellent experience with Oregon Hot Tub in Wilsonville and especially working with Jack. From the very beginning, he was incredibly accommodating and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Buying a hot tub can feel like a big decision, but Jack made the entire process easy and comfortable. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right fit for our home and lifestyle. It really stood out how available he was and how willing he was to walk us through every detail, even the small things. Now that everything is set up, we are so happy with our decision. The whole experience exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely recommend Oregon Hot Tub to anyone considering a purchase. Thanks again to Jack for making it such a smooth and enjoyable process.

  I recently purchased a sauna from Oregon Hot Tub and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The quality of the sauna exceeded my expectations—it’s clear they carry top-tier products that are built to last. What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the Jack (salesperson). He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Jack took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through different options, and made sure I felt confident in my purchase without any pressure. To this day he still takes the to call or text me to see if I have further questions. Delivery and setup went smoothly, and I’ve been enjoying the sauna ever since. I highly recommend Oregon Hot Tube, the Tylo Saunas and Jack to anyone looking for a high-quality saunas and excellent customer service.

  We had a wonderful experience at the Oregon Hot Tub. From our first visit to our third and then through the process of us ordering our hot tub, Cali was extremely friendly and very helpful - answering the many questions we had and taking the time to showing us all of the options they offer. We were able to find the perfect hot tub for us all based on Cali listening to our wants/needs. No over selling, no pressure, and no pushing us to the wrong product. Just someone who truly understood that this is a big expense and guiding us towards what was within our budget and our needs. I would highly recommend buying your hot tub from Oregon Hot Tub in Wilsonville!
