I’m embarrassed to say I didn’t catch the manager or agent’s name, but he was incredibly kind and made the entire process quick and easy. He showed me the storage unit, made sure it was something I’d be happy with, and once we confirmed the size, he walked me through all the rules. He also showed me how to get in and out of the facility and even let me try the lock myself. He was extremely helpful, and overall the experience was a 10/10. I will definitely be recommending this place. I’ve always used Storage Castle before and was a bit hesitant to try Fern Ridge, but I’m so glad I did. This was the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.
