- DMDenise MurphyApr 3, 20265.0We were very happy with the selection of end tables and purchased one. We opted to pick it up at the distribution center 45 minutes away. When we got there we noticed one of the drawers was sticking. The warehouse manager said he would have a technician look at it and fix it and he offered to deliver it for free rather than have us make another trip. We received it less than a week later and it was perfect. Excellent customer support and I was pleased the manager had the authority to make things good right on the spot.

Till now it is not fixed, one armrest looks loose and it leaning outside, the back on each piece is in different position, and each segment pillows look different, same have more padding some less. The couch separates all the time and they said is because I have hardwood floors, I guess it works only on the carpet. The leather is nice tho, the only part with its money. I could by similar couch for $2k at Costco and to be honest next time that’s what I’m going to do cause that is last time I bought something from lazboy :( overpriced low quality products and when you want them to come to repair they always tells you they call you back! At this point I just want to return it and get my money back!
