The showroom was well-stocked, well-lit, and immaculate. There was background music, but it was playing softly so as not to interfere with our conversation. The saleswoman who greeted us (Kassie) was friendly and knowledgeable. After asking for specifics of what we wanted in a recliner, she was able to guide us to the different models which would best fit our needs (as well as our tall height). At no time did she make us feel rushed or pressured. She gave us plenty of time to ask questions and demonstrated how to use the remote attached to the chairs. She showed us samples of different leather and fabric upholstery from which to choose. Again, she gave us plenty of time. We would gladly refer any of our family or friends to shop at this store.

It was ordered but when it was delivered it wasn’t what I thought I was getting. There was a console component missing - a mix-up of abbreviations. The salesperson and store manager were kind, apologetic, and responsive. The item has been reordered with no additional charge.

Both workers were very friendly and would have enjoyed talking to them much longer. They were very careful as they carried my chair in and avoided bumping into anything. The chair's operating was explained to me again and mentioned new details I did not know about. My new chair was position exactly where it needed to be for maximum tilting back and not hitting the wall. Thank You La-Z-Boy Team!
