I had to follow up as fitment was clearly wrong between the sections. They pulled them apart and had to fix the second bracket. End section has the brackets installed in the wrong position. This makes the one end of the sectional stick out 2 inches and not line up. I Just paid the price of a good used car for a couch that I now need to have a technician come out and "fix" due to bad manufacturing? Not off to the best start with la-z-boy. We will see if the technician can make this right.
