Repeat customer here. Large guy with beard at garden center checkout gave me extended guilt over not donating my cash/change because he didn't have pennies. I get employees are likely coached to ask the question but when the customer says no, let it go. He had to give me a dime instead of 8 cents and it made sure I knew all about how pennies are scarce. Not my problem. But now, he made me not want to return due to 2 cents.

I was contacted by someone from Lowe’s in Beaverton, OR regarding a roofing quote I had submitted through their website. By the time they reached out, I had already received several quotes and scheduled a contractor, so I let the representative know I was no longer interested.
His response was: “Good luck—there are a lot of bad people out there.”
I found that comment unprofessional and inappropriate. It came across as dismissive and disrespectful toward both me as a customer and the contractors.
Additionally, I was informed by contractors that Lowe’s charges around $350 per lead generated through their website, which raises further concerns about how these interactions are handled.

Order from a different store --got emails that order was ready got there not complete. Cancelled order went to store #1108 Walked in and checked out inventory. They had what i needed talked with Associate GRIMM & STEVE they had loaded in under 30 minute
