She told me she doesn’t think any of the couches will “work” for me- I am a larger individual so I felt very offended at her comment. I then asked her to just let me try them out and she looked at me like I was crazy and said there was a weight limit on the furniture. I feel completely embarrassed and shamed. I will not be returning.

Zero. The entire section was empty. Nothing stored above on racks. None. Also, for Charlotte Pipe 3-in x 10-ft PVC DWV Foam Core Pipe it says there are 159 in stock and I bought the last 7 (since the 3" triple wall was gone). I get that stock numbers are not going to be super precise, but this is unacceptable. It has happened a few other times with different items to the point that I usually just avoid Lowes.
