    This place never disappoints me every time I come either their is no price sticker or items are stocked as a 2 pack but only singles are placed in location. The manager basically does nothing. this place is a joke. Only a few items that Lowe’s has exclusive that’s the only reason I come to this location. People just stand around and bs. Must me a great place to work. Can’t do anything wrong for sure.

    Waited for a good 25 minutes for somebody to help get me get paint and nobody even asked or cared so I just left. Literally the worst department store I’ve ever been in. There were plenty of people working, but felt like they were purposely looking down like they didn’t even want to help. I would only suggest going here if you don’t have a life and know exactly what you’re getting. Never coming back and super disappointed.

    Had the BEST customer service experience with Tom at the paint department! It was busy and yet he took the time to stop, smile and greet me, gave helpful paint suggestions and made sure I got all the right supplies for my projects! His customer service was a level 10 from beginning to end. This store should be very lucky to have him because in my experience, amazing customer service is a rare thing these days.

    These guys are like Walmart, but worse. Terrible customer service, price discrepancy every time I go thru the checkout. Ahd the worst and hardest time doing returns. Sorry Lowe's you guys are simply a waste of time. I would not recommend shopping there

    We paid nearly $15,000 for Lowe’s to replace three exterior French doors. What followed was a nine-month disaster defined by incompetence, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. Multiple custom doors arrived severely damaged, including one that Lowe’s knew had been damaged in their warehouse but failed to disclose until installation day. We were repeatedly given conflicting information about door sizing—first told all doors were incorrect, then later told the installers were wrong. At one point, Lowe’s admitted that a replacement door was never ordered at all due to an internal system failure. Scheduling was a constant problem: missed deliveries, last-minute cancellations, and weeks-long delays. We ultimately had to transport a custom door ourselves just to keep the project moving. One replacement door arrived with a manufacturing defect that made it impossible to close, cutting off access to part of our home. The final installation was rushed and careless. Installers left without notice, damaged exterior trim was not replaced, defective doors were left in our garage, and no walkthrough or sign-off was completed. While one installer did excellent work, he was the exception—not the rule. This was one of the most unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating service experiences we have ever paid for. Lowe’s should not be trusted for service-based installation projects.
