  I rented a climate-controlled storage unit at the Bux Bear Storage on Main St. In Springfield last month, it was a positive experience. The facility is clean, the location itself is easy to navigate, and most importantly, the staff is professional and friendly. They are also great at answering and returning calls promptly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to store their possessions.
