She mentioned one of their technicians could possibly fix it. Dan came out and installed a new cord lock and restrung the blind with new cord. It was lucky that he had a cord lock that would work with the older blind. It looks and works perfect now. I'm very pleased with how it all turned out. Thank you Amber and Dan for all your help. 😊
