I then was told I needed to stand in a different line that we had about 25 people in it. Their excuse was the person that was supposed to be doing refunds was on a break. There was nobody at the refund register so I went to the one right next to it. There were no signs directing customers on where to go for refunds. Instead of making the situation right I was left with nothing but excuses. The gentleman at the front counter watching over the cashiers saw us standing in line with our return bags. He chose to say nothing as we stood in line for 10 minutes for nothing. The way the store is set up for customer. Service is horrible. The manager was sweet, but had no idea what she was doing. I was not the only one upset by this. Three other ladies also went to speak to the manager about the horrible customer service that they received the exact same way I did. I will never, ever come back to this Hobby lobby!! I will drive an hour out of my way to go to a different one.
