  Hobby lobby has an array of items from home decor to crafting, sewing etc. I loved the different styles of baskets. They carry yarn, holiday gifts, and a lot more. The wall hanging were very nice and different. If you're looking for variety I would definitely stop here.

  First time I walked in a HL and there were so many empty shelves. I’m talking about the Christmas inventory. Just that time of year (December). Store was clean and employees pleasant.

  I've bought Collectible items from this store before, no problem. This last time was terrible. I asked a store associate if they had any of the specific item in stock after already having checked the display case and not seeing any. They told me that if there weren't any of that item in the case, then there wasn't any stock to sell. I explained that I had been coming on a regular basis, and have never seen the item in the case, but they have always had stock available in the back. The store associate then directed me to the Assistant Manager who said basically the same thing, nothing in the case, nothing to sell, that there wouldn't be anything in the back so they aren't going to send anyone to check. I immediately requested to speak to their Manager who goes by Lisa and she went on to ignore me completely and reiterate the same thing that the Assistant Manager and the store associate just said. She went on to claim that the only time there would be items available in the back is if they were special ordered and therefore they would not be available to sell by walk in. Then she interrogated me and asked me to give her the names of the associates that had helped me buy the item during previous visits to the store. I basically told her to stop wasting my time and left. Then, I called back to find out how to special order the item, since she claimed it would only be in the back on special orders, ended up speaking to the same manager, and she admitted that they did have available stock in the back all along! That they went and checked after I Ieft and lo and behold, there it was, like I said it would. But even after admitting that I was right and she was wrong, she still double downed on provide horrid customer service by wasting my time during the initial visit and not sending someone back right away to check. She justified the way she handled the situation by saying that I "came at her" a certain kind of way when she approached me, while ignoring the simple fact that she was already the 3rd person I talked to who completely ignored me and was trying to turn me away from buying items that they did have in stock and giving me a hard time in general. I came back to buy the item after picking my son up from school and the same manager was the one who got the cards from the case, which they where in now. I didn't mince any words and basically told her she did a bad job before and while I'm checking out she has the gall to say "you know I could simply refuse you service and you wouldn't be able to buy what you want here". Top notch management right there! Manager of the Year! Anyway, she was absolutely terrible to deal with but it felt great buying what I wanted right in front of her face.
