They made my mother with a medical condition wait to use the bathroom even though they were made aware of the medical condition and told my mother she had to wait which resulted in an accident and the manger was no help and had attitude. I asked for confirmation that the employee was going to be held accountable for their actions, and denied the confirmation, when I asked for a formal apology for my mother I was told that it would have to go to corporate, for approval. Me and my family spend thousands here every year but to deny people access to the bathroom when they have a medical condition is ridiculous and they need to be held accountable
