I’m not kidding! And The last few times I’ve gone into the store to find something that the app says they have in stock they don’t. When I ask an associate why the app has it in stock but it’s not on the shelf. They usually reply it was probably shoplifted since their records show it was last sold several days or weeks ago. Like Shawn, The last time I visited, I asked the security guard why he allows people to simply walk out without paying? His reply was because they’re not allowed to press charges, detain, report, or approach anybody who has shoplifted. This is a company who is weak and has no backbone! I refuse to do business with a store that allows shoplifting to go, unpunished, unchallenged and enabled. That shows no respect for our laws no respect for me as a customer. Who has defended this country and who has to pay higher prices because of this behavior. Totally pathetic and shows no respect to me as a hard working business owner who has wasted his time more than once trusting that the items I needed shows that it is in stock on the app, so I spend the time going to the store only to find that their inventory was off because the item was stolen and they haven’t adjusted their system. Lowe’s for Pros? Time is money and I refuse to waste my time and money on a business that is so blatant in their enabling thieves and punishing their customers with higher prices to cover the loss. I will not be disrespected…

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
