    Bought a stove and of course they don’t keep any in stock and then you’re forced to pay the delivery fee no matter what which to me is wrong. What you have for sale you should also have in store at least 1 or more. Secondly my receipt was for almost 1,000 dollars I find out later they added my rewards and points to someone else’s account I called about it and they told me I couldn’t receive my points. That alone made the decision I will go to Home Depot or small store from now on. You’ve lost a long time Lowe’s customer. It may have only been 10 dollars in Lowe’s cash but that’s still money to spend in store. Really frustrating and not worth the hassle of messed up receipts and having to pay a delivery fee on anything

    Went to Lowe’s to get paint matched, they did an excellent job. I’ve never had paint matched that well. Friendly customer service too!

    Went in to get some fencing materials. At checkout, six people where waiting, and wating,and waiting. Five people at the pro desk standing in a circle laughing/talking... Had to wait Ten minutes for the ONE checker to help us ALL. I understand the pro desk is separate ( I am assuming) BUT VERY FRUSTRATING with one person working and FIVE OTHERS?! Home Depot here I come.
