  From the moment I walked in, Cerah, Cheyenne, Elijah, Aaron, and Marigona made it clear that this experience would be anything but ordinary. They worked seamlessly as a team, ensuring every one of my needs was heard and thoughtfully addressed. It never felt like a sales transaction it felt like a group of trusted friends who genuinely had my family’s best interests at heart. Each person brought warmth, patience, and honest guidance without any pressure, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. To top it all off, store manager Mario personally checked in to make sure I was completely satisfied a true reflection of the culture this store has built from the top down. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated like family, this is it. Cerah, Cheyenne, Elijah, Aaron, Marigona, and Mario are a tremendous asset to La-Z-Boy, and my family couldn’t be more grateful for the outstanding experience they provided

  We went to the La-Z-Boy in Salem and EJ Scott helped us find the perfect recliners for us taking into account our height and weight. He then introduced us to Marigona Ross the store interior designer they made an appointment to come to our home to measure the room and take pictures. We came back 3 days later, and she did an exceptional job the furniture she picked out was exactly what we wanted, and she did it within our budget. We highly recommend them.

  Elijah greeted us with a very warm, friendly welcome. After we let him know what we were looking for he insured that we got the best quality product down to making sure the handles of our new chair matched our current couches along with the fabric. I drive 45-55 minutes just to get your Salem store and it is worth it! This La-Z-Boy has best customer service team! Thank you(fyi I live 15 minutes from your tualatin store, so if you have the time ensure you go to this one!)
