Prior to the delivery I removed our old furniture and cleaned the area. The delivery team arrived and setup the furniture in our home on our Pergo flooring. I returned home two days later and immediately went to put no slip protectors under the furniture. I noticed two large dents and scrapes in our flooring. The damage exactly matches two of the feet from the new furniture. I took photos of the damage and contacted the store right away. I was forwarded to Josh, a warehouse manager, who coordinates deliveries. Josh was emailed all the information and he wrote back stating that we must have caused the damage to our floors due to using the furniture wrong. He then stated that they would do nothing to fix the damages. I attempted to explain the situation better to Josh by stating that the damage had to be done when the couch was initially placed on the floor prior to the delivery team moving it to the final spot where it hasn't moved since. It would be impossible for us to have caused the damage by somehow "using the furniture wrong". Josh ignored my email. I then contacted the salesman and informed him of the situation. He had me email him with photos and an explanation. I requested a followup with his in store manager and I was once again ignored. This type of customer service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend anyone purchase furniture from this company. They will just sell you the product and then ignore you when an issues arise.
