  Tried to purchase a fairly expensive model kit that requires the empty box to be brought to the register. Clerk was visible bothered to have to call for the item, voiced that nobody was available to get it, then said they didn't have any record of the SKU so it couldn't be purchased. I'll be going elsewhere for my kits.

  This store is so awesome! So big, so many isles, literally have everything u could be looking for for any craft. My daughters wanted to go, we had never been. We got lucky & hit a 40% day. We went bananas, got some high quality items & an armful for less than $75. Our knew addiction i think. 😄

  I do love Hobby Lobby & this location is great. Always neat & tidy with well stocked shelves. I buy a lot of frames & they are on sale for 50% off every other week...love that!! I'd probably give them 5 stars if their clearance items were a bit more clearance-eee priced. 5.99 is not a very good deal on clearance for something originally priced at $8.49 etc.

  Do not shop here they have the worst customer service. They made my mother with a medical condition wait to use the bathroom even though they were made aware of the medical condition and told my mother she had to wait which resulted in an accident and the manger was no help and had attitude. I asked for confirmation that the employee was going to be held accountable for their actions, and denied the confirmation, when I asked for a formal apology for my mother I was told that it would have to go to corporate, for approval. Me and my family spend thousands here every year but to deny people access to the bathroom when they have a medical condition is ridiculous and they need to be held accountable

  I asked an employee about an item. They said somewhere back there. I said I was back there and couldn't find it. They would NOT show me where these items were. I wanted 65 of them.. and the employee would not help me. I will never go back to this location. I am a member of the LDS Church. I do many different types of crafting. But, I will search and even travel 60 miles to buy what I need. But , never from this company.. never
