  Extremely nice staff. Chase was very knowledgeable. Though it’s not their fault. I’d like thank our governor for putting $45 mattress recycle tax on my purchase. What a bunch of bs. Denver’s great though.

  Serenity at Denver Mattress is an excellent sales rep for Denver Mattress! She was knowledgeable on the different beds available, quick to offer quotes on multiple options, and was patient while I took my time sampling (and re-sampling) my top bed choices. I ultimately went with Doctors Choice Elite Medium following her high recommendation for it and do not regret investing in my sleep! Thanks again!

  Respect Matters

  After signing a financing contract, I extended my hand in a normal and respectful greeting. Instead of a standard handshake, the guy suddenly yanked my hand in a forceful way, like he was trying to assert dominance. It came across as insecure and unnecessary. A handshake is supposed to show respect — not prove strength or control. I genuinely question who taught him that this is an appropriate way to greet people. Delivery was scheduled for Wednesday, yet even that was mishandled. They called from an unfamiliar number, left no text message, and then left as if customers are expected to answer every unknown call instantly. There was no proactive communication and no real effort to make things right the same day. From the handshake to the failed Wednesday delivery, the entire experience felt poorly managed and unprofessional. Individuals like this would hurt any business they work for. Because of the overall experience, I canceled the financing agreement and requested a refund.

  Hands down the best mattress buying experience! Huge thanks to Chayse for his kindness and excellent service! It is not easy shopping with tired, busy kids. Chayse kept the buying process stress-free with no pressure. He showed me all the products that aligned with what I was looking for and got me set up for a speedy delivery next week!   Riley helped us, he was a very patient person. He didn’t make us feel overwhelmed or pressured to pick a Matress and when we asked about financing options he explained them and gave a little of his own personal thoughts which was nice because no one wants to go in blind. He did hep us look for what we were more comfortable with but also gave us the space we needed to ourselves to decide on our own. He gave excellent service in every possible way. I would go back!
