this is hands down the stupidest , rudest, most worthless lowe's i've ever visited; went one morning to buy tile i found on internet while staying in a local motel; i could not find the specific tile that was reported to be in stock; nobody seemed inclined to offer assistance, nor was anyone sales rep. present; i found a lady in the neighboring aisle loading a basket with laminate flooring; figured she'd be in flooring/tile but no such luck; she was the rudest most unhelpful employee i have come across in any store ever !

Worst retail experience I’ve ever had! Returns policy is a joke! Bought over 1k in appliances to have one go out within 7 months was told I have to video chat a technician to diagnose and fix the issue…. No offer to return item and or take care of it Will not shop there again

I hate to say this. For in-store help and purchases, the Roseburg, OR, store is wonderful...even if it does take a while to find help. Installation? Well, that's a different matter. IT STINKS!!! We ordered a vinyl sliding door for our patio at the end of July, 2025. It is now the end of September and our install is STILL NOT COMPLETE! Phone calls not received when promised. Job finally left half done! Torn screen! You name it...it goes wrong! The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
