Yes Krysta, I'm talking to you. I'm so sorry I interrupted your leaning and chatting with a co-worker session in the lighting department. Imagine a customer having a customer question! How crazy is that! Your first instinct was to pretend to know that of the literal thousands of products you carry in store is "sold out" or "I don't think we have that" instead of looking it up. I know you have to look them up. Your job is to make coming in at minimum, helpful. Your coworkers did happily and pleasantly help me though. But 50% is a failing grade. You did have the product I was looking for, btw. The selection? Not so much. But it was definitely in stock. You don't belong anywhere near customers. Period.

I go to buy an advertised dehumidifier, find it myself hidden behind a bunch of other ones (no associates to be found) take it home unbox and plug in, only to have a white dust ploom fill the room with what I am hoping was drywall chunks spinning in the fan. Check the water bucket and it's yellow. Yuk. They took a used return, taped it up and resold it as new. The return counter guy had literally zero cares in the world. Told me to go get another one myself. I had to go back to him because there were non at floor level... Literally causes more work by avoiding doing his job in the first place. Will be the last time I go here for anything unless it's the only one available in Bend or Redmond...

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
