- CSCody SolisMar 14, 20261.0If I could give less stars I would. Steve the manager is an incompetent person who cannot even begin to understand customer service. Their chairs are an absolute joke and super over priced. The two I bought from them felt like bricks after weeks of ‘airing and fluffing’. The return policy is the most unfriendly, difficult experience ever. Not only do they take a weeks to ship you return packaging. They also expect you to reshrink the items in vacuum sealed bags that DO NOT work. After days of fighting with the bags and not able to fit them in the duffels. Steve offered no help but a YouTube video we already watched hundreds of times. He was rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Lovesac effectively robbed us blind of 2k and refused to do anything about it. The photos shown are after an hour of using a SHOP vac and still not shrinking enough to fit in there pos duffel bags. BUYER BEWARE. It’s not luxury, it’s an overpriced bean bag that feels like a rock sitting on it.

Don’t bother using the reps for much since they’ll require your number and will sign you up for spam newsletters and text messages. I even denied giving my number, but was lied to by Steve that I would not receive any marketing communications. I won’t be back.
