We have three La-Z-Boy chairs in our living room, we've had them for years. But Dad is older now and having medical problems. He needs to get his feet up higher. So we stopped by to see what they have. We met Tiberius there, he was a very helpful guy! He showed us the different options in Zero-G chairs (where your feet are level with or above your heart) which is what we needed. Just as were were deciding between our top two picks, he also showed us the selection of lift chairs which would help dad stand. The prices were basically the same because of a sale, so we picked that. Only a few days later, it was delivered and set up and Dad loves it! It has been a huge help to all of us taking care of him too. Thanks Tiberius! We appreciate all your help and would gladly shop there again.

Jenna was phenomenal to work with while buying a recliner. She also helped us find a sofa we intend to buy soon. We have had La-Z-boy products for nearly 40 years and they are fantastic.

We initially went to Lazy Boy to check out some of their furniture advertised on Wayfair. We are glad we made the trip. First, we worked with Elise who was great. No pressure or rush. The store is very nice. She led us to the sofa and loveseat we thought we wanted and I found it to be a bit uncomfortable. We then looked at a love seat recliner which we discovered was not as wide as advertised. That was actually great for us as we thought the original was 3 inches too wide. We wouldn’t have known that without coming in and ended up buying it. Our experience was great and we appreciated that we were not rushed and had time to make a decision

I see a lot of reviews here about the in store experience, which is generally pleasant. Let me tell you about what happens after you get the furniture: I bought a nice, leather, electric, sectional sofa. Not cheap. It has broken 4 times now in the first year. It was making noise so needed adjustments. The stuffing has already gone flat in one section and had to be replaced. Now the lumbar extends to a certain point, it makes a bang and the lumbar drops out. Pretty much every time we have called the service department we have experienced problems getting through. "Call unable to connect" and it hangs up on you. No voicemail. Nothing. We starting calling the sales department to have them patch us through to service. They didn't like that. Once we got someone on the phone we told them we were not available earlier than a certain time. They said 'ok' then we get a confirmation text with a schedule for that time that won't work. We reschedule. The service guy calls saying hes there at the time that didn't work. We're not home because, you know, we rescheduled. Parts can take a month to 'come in'. Are they shipping them by burro from Peru? You have to call to check if the parts arrived. They won't call you. We have spent hours dealing with this on what is essentially a new couch. While we have an extended service plan we can get things replaced at no extra charge but at this rate I can safely assume things will keep breaking after, then we're on the hook. My opinion is that Lazy Boy is coasting on name brand recognition alone. The quality is bad, especially for the cost. It will break - early and often. I literally had an Ikea couch with less problems. The service is bad. Let me clarify, the service guys are nice and helpful if you can ever get them to your house but they shouldn't be at your house 4 times in the first year. I'm on a first name basis with the service guy. Don't do it. Absolute ripoff. The in store experience is pleasant because they don't have your money yet.
