The installation team was very talented and careful, they noticed that there was a small rip in our blind. THEY contacted the home office who then called me to let me know a new one was already ordered!! And then the new installation was a lovely experience with Joe and we are delighted with our final product. Well done Stoneside!!

They were amazingly prompt, professional, and very thorough throughout the entire process. They followed up as promised, they communicated as promised, the blinds were delivered and installed in the time frame they promised. Very few companies I’ve worked with have been this on top of their game. Jon, the installer, was great as well. On time, friendly, and very professional. He made sure the blinds were installed and worked to my liking. I highly recommend Stoneside.

Once we finished remodeling the property we needed window coverings. While in Portland for a few days, stoneside was one of the only companies that were able to make time for us on short notice and we were able to meet with Amanda who heard what I wanted and showed us exactly what I had described. We moved forward with an order that day and from then on the communication was great, we were given Joe, the installers contact info and coordinated everything. The day of the install was painless and we weren’t even in town for it. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional company.

Both of these guys are very amiable and did an excellent job of installation. Joe, who was here today, spent some extra time helping me understand ways in which I could better care for my new blind which I really appreciated.
