  Friendly and knowledgeable service by Vladimir L. He’s still learning English and used google translate if he didn’t know a word which I appreciated. I would recommend him. On the business side - It would be helpful to include in the estimate sent to us to add a sentence reaffirming that the initial house call cost would be subtracted from the final cost.

  I had a problem with my Whirlpool front-loading washing machine - sometimes, after the wash cycle was finished, the door wouldn’t open.
