He spent 30–40 minutes thoroughly checking all gas appliances, pilot lights, the furnace, fireplace, and even the meter outside. He explained everything clearly and made sure we felt safe before leaving. After a stressful experience, his calm, respectful, and knowledgeable approach gave me real peace of mind. This is exactly the level of care you want when it comes to gas safety. Thank you for taking safety seriously and for the work you do every day to keep families safe.
- PIPaul IscoolNov 14, 20251.0Be careful when paying your bill with NW Natural. They won't tell you or warn you, but they cap how many payments you can make to 6 in 30 days. The only way I found out was being on hold for 20min. Why their system doesn't warn you you're about to hit the cap is a mystery but they also didn't care. I now truly hope we're forced to go electric and gas is removed from homes so I don't have to do business with them anymore. Horrible customer service all around. What a waste of an hour.

This is by far the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with in my entire life, They purposely shut your stuff off so that you have to pay $150 to get it turned back on if you want it turned back on that day even if you have elderly in your house it’s actually a really bad company, also, if you make a payment, they shouldn’t be able to shut your service off without sending something out
