They were ok, but many times, they screwed up my bank account by their online payment system failing to take payments. Damage to the front of the unit which allowed people to reach their hands in and grab whatever they could that was within reach and small enough. They get 2 stars because the people here are always friendly, they have a bathroom available, and the unit prices are fair. I moved out, and in the back corner, I had 4 boxes of stuff damaged and destroyed by mice and rats. Thousands of dollars in reloading equipment damaged. Furniture damaged. Tools damaged. Other miscellaneous stuff damaged. Mouse and rat chewing, pooping and highly corrosive urine. Nice big hole connecting to another unit on the other side. I feel bad for them. The photos only show some of the damaged goods. There was no food either. Their excuse was well we have the outdoor rat traps we are required to have by law. Yeah that really did good for your customers.

I had just finished moving my belongings into this storage facility on Halsey & 192nd when me and my partner looked up and spotted a bug. He had never seen a cockroach before and asked me if that’s what it was. I told him yes, but to be absolutely certain, we took a picture and ran it through Google image search. The result confirmed exactly what I already knew: it was a cockroach. When I showed the picture to the manager, instead of taking the issue seriously, he insulted my intelligence and insisted it was “just a water bug.” That kind of dismissive attitude is unacceptable. I was even denied a refund, despite the fact that I had just moved in and was ready to leave immediately upon discovering the problem. Here are the facts about cockroaches that make this situation so serious: • Cockroaches are almost impossible to eliminate once they are established. They hide in small cracks, reproduce quickly, and survive in harsh conditions. • They reproduce at alarming rates. A single female can produce hundreds of offspring in her lifetime. Each egg case (ootheca) can contain up to 50 nymphs (baby roaches). • They don’t always need a mate. Certain species are capable of reproducing asexually (parthenogenesis), which means one roach alone can start an infestation. • They spread through belongings. Storing your items in a contaminated unit risks carrying roaches back into your home, your car, or anywhere else you move them. The presence of cockroaches in a storage facility is not a small issue—it’s a major health and sanitation concern. The fact that management not only failed to take responsibility, but also tried to downplay and dismiss clear evidence, shows a complete lack of professionalism and care for customers. This facility has cockroaches, and management refuses to acknowledge or address it. If you value your belongings, your health, and your peace of mind, I strongly advise you to store your items elsewhere.

I've had a storage here for over 15 years. It's very secure. I pay automatically. I have trust in this place. It's gone up in price of my storage about 40$ in all those years. I consider them to be very reasonable. I recommend this place
