- AMAmy MaxwellMar 11, 20203.0I just downgraded my rating because I'm finding this company falls short in their delivery process. The day after I placed my order I called to change the cover fabric. I wanted the same fabric, but chocolate instead of taupe. I was assured via email confirmation that my change was made. When my sectional arrived the covers were taupe. I called immediately. The staff at the store could not explain why the change did not happen, but also couldn't tell me when I'd receive the chocolate covers. They sent the issue to the DM. I called again the following day. The staff once again said that I would get a call from the DM. It's now day 4. I should have had the covers by now. I was looking for something different than a standard recliner. I told the staff to give me their best shot and they delivered. Friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I can't wait for my new sectional to arrive.

We received excellent customer service from Esther as she kept apologizing for not being able to devote her undivided attention to us. She was very knowledgeable and helped us decide what pieces would work best for us. We enjoyed the wood blocks and built many combinations with Esther while we made our decision. The check out process was quick and easy. I can't wait until my shipment arrives!
