She was also instrumental in helping me choose the right fabric. From start to finish it was an excellent experience!

Bob was delightful and very helpful in showing us all our options and finding possible fabrics options. We chose two samples and did as he suggested, viewing them in our living room at different times of the day and night. Our choice became very clear and we are now looking forward to the arrival of our new chairs in 8-10 weeks. Lazyboy and Bob served us well, once again!!

I wish that the person who helped me had explained, when I asked if they deliver, that the chair I ordered could be taken apart and easily put into a car. That would have saved me a $119 delivery fee and an extra week waiting for the chair.

Our only initial concern was that the chair was quite damp on one side but found out it was the fabric coat we had added and by morning it was dry. We’ve bought all our furniture for over 30 years from Lazy Boy and will continue to do so in the future. It’s built to last and is comfortable and stylish.
- GHGreg HorrellFeb 27, 20261.0Chair quality is great however when it comes to the delivery what a freaking joke they flat out lied to us about the delivery they said they would be here between a certain time three hour window and when it was nearing that said three hour window we called and low and behold the delivery driver said there was an accident and the chair would be delivered next day we called and then they said oh it would be another three weeks! Nope I’ll come get and you can give me my 300 and some delivery charge back! Beware of the delivery process it’s broken
