A+ for a decent product and convenient location. FYI the process takes minutes longer than having them done in-store

When he arrived, he quoted me $350 and then immediately resorted to drilling out the lock, resulting in a 10 minute job. When I went to pay him, he suddenly mentioned a "$25 service fee." I pointed out that that had not been mentioned prior to the job and that I would honor the $350. He then suggested that I should tip him, pointing to a screen with tips in the 20% range (i.e., $70), and was obviously upset when I declined. I personally put locksmiths in the same category as plumbers/electricians and other home services -- the quoted price is the payment. If KeyMe doesn't pay their workers a fair wage with such high prices, shame on them.
