Before he started I asked if it was any more technical than just drilling it out (I was capable of drilling it out), which he replied as if he was going to surgically remove it with more skill. Turns out my 2yr old with a powerdrill and a few bits could have done the same in about the same time. Just drilled with little regard and then charged me $300+ for the service. To top it off, made a large mess of shavings and bits then just left.
