- RTRobert TweteDec 6, 20253.0We rented a 10' x 25' unit for about a year. This facility has many positives. I found the building easily accessible. The structure is clean and bright. I was always able to find a cart to move items to and from vehicles. I never experienced any of the homeless problems noted by others. I also never saw or experienced any theft. From a usage point of view, this was a great experience. Once when I arrived, the west door was inoperable but I was able to use other doors and it was repaired and working properly when I was back just days later. The only big negative, albeit a significant one, was the pricing. Five months after we moved in, the price increased from $202 to $297. After 11 months, the price was going to be increased from $297 to over $400. In effect, the rent doubled in less than 1 year. The manager helped me to get it reduced to $359. She told me the unit was much closer to market value. We happened to move out right after paying for the next month. One employee told me that there was no prorating (IE. I paid for a month I would not use) which is understandable. The manager contacted me and as part of my move out did in fact prorate the month. This was great and very much appreciated. Bottom line: this is a great place to store things. Just be aware after your move in, you will likely be hit with rate increases.
