I had a very difficult situation where I moved out of the country last minute for work and needed friends and family to pack up everything in my house and put into storage. Then, yesterday, 9 months later, I needed an international moving company to come and empty out my unit. It was a stressful situation for me, but the team handled it so well! They helped me every step of the way and were great at communicating and scheduling everything. I had also rented a unit for almost a year a few years ago as well, when I was selling my house, and the facility is clean and safe. I was a single lady at the time and was often at the facility on my own after dark and I always felt safe. Really wonderful and friendly staff who bent over backwards for me. Jeff and the lovely woman who works there who set up all my paperwork (apologies to her, it was back in March and brain fog has caused me to forget her name) were fantastic!

You really feel your stuff is safe and looked after. Jeffrey and Robin knew I needed to downsize to a hard-to-come-by smaller unit and really kept an eye out for an opening and when one came open they called me immediately such that I was able to snatch it up right away in the computer system. That is amazing customer service and was so appreciated by me. I just don’t think you will find that kind of attention to detail everywhere. Not all Storage spaces are created equal. Extra space Storage on Columbia Blvd in NE Portland is a cut above the rest. Jeffrey and Robin who run the office are simply the best!!
