That alone is enough to make me want to tell people to avoid this company. I answered the door holding a sick baby and trying to wrangle a sick toddler, when I say I’m not interested, leave me alone

I had a sales person come to my house on July 2025 he told me I’d get a 18 monthly service contract and they would come out 5 times only. I was told that in those 5 times they would come to do service it was only going to be $65 but instead I’m being charged on a monthly basis!!!😡

I scheduled a one-time service, provided my payment information online as instructed, and the service was completed without any indication of an issue. Months later, I was contacted by a collections agency for an alleged unpaid balance—without ever receiving a notice, invoice, or communication from Aptive that the payment had failed. This lack of basic billing follow-up and customer communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their administrative processes. I would not recommend them based on this experience.
- MRMika RichardsFeb 20, 20262.0The salesman who came to my door (despite our no soliciting sign) was very polite, but failed to mention that we would be agreeing to a $99/month subscription for the next two years. I only found this out when the service technician (also very polite) came out and read out the agreements, and I told him that was a deal breaker for us and sent him on his way. Will not be working with Aptive in the future or recommending them to anyone if they choose to use deceptive marketing like this.
