  He was only here about a half hour. I’m going to be moving and my house was in disarray so I just wanted the outside done.

  I have this service done monthly and it definitely has reduced the pests. I do not have ants or spiders inside my home.

  Worst experience of my life and still tempted to get a lawyer involved after over 1000$ worth of poor service for over a year. They came to my door with a no soliciting sign, promised me good care- interior and exterior. The guy was a good salesman and managed to con me into a contract. They maybe did interior 3x total? Besides the first visit those other two had to be called and scheduled by me. Never showed up fridays as promised when i signed the contact. No matter how many notes on my charts, never scheduled for Friday's or had availability to reschedule. They always marked the job as fully completed despite my back gates locked when I'm not present and (obviously) house locked, one servicer dumped 3x the amount of chemicals per the pictures stating it was done in my front yard making me concerned for pets, children and plants. Another time I rushed home for one servicer that insisted on coming to do a compleate job at 6pm (way to late!) He quickly sprayed and left as it got dark, put it was compleated without checking for wasps nests or coming inside- despite INSISTING he give me good service that was compleated. They had me at a reduced rate for a few months, and even after that I still recived horrible service. Then they tried to tack on a huge cancelation fee- when they already breached contract multiple times with a long paper trail of issues. I don't recommend anyone using them, its a huge waste of money and will destroy your mental health when your dealing with ants mid season. It'll take them days to come out when actively having pest issues. I got rid of my own ants 3x last year. I shouldn't even have ant bait if it was even a little worth the $. Huge headache.

  I’ve alway been on a schedule quarterly charged at time of service Never monthly. I canceled my service when my contract was satisfied. Called to canceled service, they talked me into just calling when I needed service. Then there’s a $75.00 charge on my debit card March 4th. Called they said they would refund the charge, never did? I then get a charge on April first and $81.00. I’m pissed, called said I’m gone( remember nothing was mentioned about monthly charged! Disgusted, called again for refund.

  Didn't do the inside. Knocked on door, didn't use the door bell. Still have ants in the back bathroom. I was in the hospital sister was in her room. Couldn't hear the knock.
