I’ve had my “due date” changed multiple times to the 1st when I clearly went in person and tried online to change it more towards the middle of the month since I usually get paid before or after that time frame. Which they should know since they asked about multiple of my “pay day” dates when going in person to resolve issues. Ladies in store that were “in charge” of making payments/changes had attitude I don’t care if you’re pregnant, fix your attitude. If that’s how you treat customers?? NEVER going thru Aaron’s ever again and I’m recommending no one do so as well. On top of them telling me I changed my due date every time (which is a lie) I always get called at least 5 times on/before the first or even after, some folks actually have busy jobs and don’t get paid to harass customers. I’ve learned to recognize the number so I can send it straight to voicemail. Why harass me for a “past due” payment that YOU staff made to be past due? Why even try to make me pay 2 times a month knowing I’m less than 6 months to being done with payments? It’s not my fault Aaron’s furniture staff always change my due date without consent. Does this happen every time a customer is near being finished with payments? Do you threaten to pick up furniture/accessories every time the staff makes their own changes to an account? I love the accessories I financed but again, NEVER will I ever go thru Aaron’s furniture again. -100/10 this location and its higher up staff sucks.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
