  We are so glad that we stopped in at the La-Z-Boy in Phoenix, “just to look”. They had the perfect couch for us in our price range. Service was excellent - not pushy or pressured- and the piece is well made. Very happy.

  We are moving to Medford. My La-Z-Boy is in worse condition than the one of Frazier’s just before it went to the Smithsonian. We were greeted by Maryann, a very knowledgable professional. We were delighted to purchase two power assist chairs and battery units in case we did not want to have power cords running across an open area. Maryann arranged delayed delivery to conform to our schedule. It was a perfect day for us.

  Absolute terrible costumer service from the woman with the pink nail polish. The people at this place have no idea what communication is. Calls were placed multiple times to assure the furniture was there and ready for pick up. Was told yes. Upon arrival we were told they had no ticket for the order. Then the nice Gentleman in the wearhouse asked the lady with the pink nail polish if she'd like to take us to the show room and get us comfortable, us being the customers. She responded with "NO!". I don't know that woman's name, brown hair, yellow dress, pink nail polish. She's the absolute worst employee there. By far.

  Worst experience with a lazy boy ever. Manager was not capable of doing anything after an order did not make it onto the truck. Traveling and needed new recliners for our rv. Found what we wanted and made changes to our plans etc to get the recliners on Friday. Did not show up as promised and the only answer we got was next wed. No effort to do anything. Canceled and moving on.

  Went in to see if they could tell me if my Lazyboy recliner remote was bad or not. Service guys were out on delivery so I left remote info and callback info. Was asked if I purchased the chair at this store. When I replied in the negative, the door slammed down and was abruptly told and they couldn't help me if I hadn't purchased it there. No attempt at even trying to accommodate. . Perhaps I was just testing their overall customer service in preparation to looking to buy an entirely new living room set and/or other items? Youll never know now. Some simple accommodation and a simple phone call back might have made the difference. Now Ill never dawn the doors again and as they say regarding bad service, one person experiencing such tells a hundred.
