We were met by Shawn the salesmen, and he showed us around and we picked out the sofa and the recliner that we wanted and than picked out the fabric and color and Shawn ordered it. We have been so happy with our La-Z-Boy Furniture, that’s the only furniture that we wanted, well, built and look great. Julien & Bobbie

My 91 yr old mom has a lazy boy recliner she bought probably 20 years ago and it has been a great chair, but it is honestly worn out. I did some research on line to locate “petite” sized chairs and called the store ahead of our visit to make sure they would have a chair for her to try. Every one I talked with, on the phone & in the store were incredibly helpful and nice. Tyler helped us at the store, showing us some options and was very patient as my sister and I joked with my mom, but was also able to verify the chair “fit”. We happily found the perfect recliner for my mom and at a great price. This will most likely be the last recliner my mom needs, but if you are in the market for a recliner (or other furniture) I don’t think you can go wrong with a visit to La-z-boy in Phoenix!
