Save yourself the stress, frustration, and disappointment. Customer service was consistently like pulling teeth. Every time I needed help, it felt like I was bothering them just by existing. No one seems to know what’s going on, and the attitude is unbelievable for a place that charges this much. The facility itself? Gross. Poorly maintained, dirty, and honestly gave me the feeling that my belongings weren’t safe or cared for. Nothing about this place feels professional or welcoming. I regret ever trusting them with my stuff. If I could give less than 1 star, I absolutely would. Spare yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.
