- HBHeather BargenderNov 24, 20251.0I have had a storage unit at this facility for 15 years. Last year the facility got bought out by Extra Space Storage, and it's been awful. Of course there have been price increases over the years, but they sent me an exponential increase that was absolutely ridiculous. This year I got a notice that they were raising it from $145 to $245 which is nearly 70%. I moved out this month. I cannot imagine working with people this crooked. This is horrible business practice, and borderline unethical. I will say - The guy that runs the front office is very friendly. This is in no way a reflection of him. He's just doing what he's told.
