  RATS RUINED MY STUFF. RENTERS BEWARE!! I have had a rental here for four years, always paid no problems until I went in the other day, and found my unit covered in rat pee and feces! I had 5 dead huge rats in there, and when I asked for them to handle it, I was told, "Oh well, you should have insurance it's not our problem. They are so dirty and nasty here that other storage facilities won't even take your things from here... Thousands of dollars and special things ruined. If you value your stuff, DO NOT BRING IT HERE! save your things and your money and go somewhere else. The management is rude and only cares about money. Now I have to pay hundreds and spend days getting my things. This business is absolutely disgusting, and I am am shocked it's still in business. I will be reporting them to OSHA for their nasty working conditions.
